Monday 8:30am

What Is Boot Camp:

Boot Camp is a cross-training program that focuses on strength and endurance training. We are a functional fitness facility so machines that are found at a commercial gym will not be used here. You will use your own body weight as resistance, as well as barbells, dumbbell and kettlebells. Unconventional pieces of equipment such as mace-bells, sledgehammers and tires will also be used.

Average Class Structure:

We begin with a group warm-up consisting of dynamic movements to get your muscles and joints primed to exercise in a safe manor. The instructor then explains the workout structure and will breakdown each exercise until everyone understands the proper form and mechanics. Once the workout begins, the instructor will walk around to make sure everyone is doing the movements correctly, while motivating the class to keep going. At Strength 4 Combat, we understand fitness is not “one-size-fits-all” which is why we will modify any exercise that our members cannot safely complete due to their current fitness level, or an injury sustained.
