Hybrid Kickboxing

*Age restriction: 18+ (under 18 may only participate if they attend with a patent or gradian who also signs up and participates).

Our Hybrid Kickboxing class is comprised of two components:

1) Skill / Technique

2) Combat Fitness

The Skill / Technique portion of the class will focus on foot work drills, reaction and timing drills, hitting pads and the heavy bag, and sparring drills. All of the combos, tactics, and sparring strategies taught are easy to learn and practical in a real self-defense situation.

The Combat Fitness portion of the class will get you (and keep you) in fighting shape. You will perform functional exercises that will focus on rotational movements and core strength to help develop power in your strikes, as well as cardiovascular exercises to boost your endurance which will allow you to keep fighting when you’re tired.
